Sometimes I come to the conclusion my life and job are a little crazy, and I like it that way. I had my first Saturday off in several months and planned a relaxing day of watching movies while editing past clients. I received an inquiry from Kirnan that he was proposing to his long time girlfriend and needed a photographer in Philadelphia that afternoon. I had my gear charged and gas in my car. I texted him and told him I'm there for you. There were several secret texts and I was able to quietly sneak into the building with my gear and set myself up on the decorated roof top. I was in place and Kirnan brought out Nikki. Both of them were full of joy and emotion that tears rolled down their faces and Nikki for sure said yes.
We went into their apartment after and Nikki surprised Kirnan with his christmas gift, Yeezy sneakers- Kirnan's dream shoes. They told their parents the news and their phones would not stop ringing with family and friends calling to congratulate them. They did a quick outfit change and we went out the roof top for a small night time photoshoot with champagne and the beautiful foggy and dreamy skyline in the background
